Improving Agriculture

Updated: Aug 7, 2023

The current agriculture practice is contributing to soil impoverishment, which is affecting significantly the quality of food produced.

Inappropriate agriculture practices deplete the minerals and degrade the soil. While regenerative farming is key to maintaining the ecosystem, which enables the production of nutrients-rich food that is essential to health.

Improving Food Production

Healthy food requires healthy soil.

Just a few decades ago, almost all food was organic and nutrients-rich. Nowadays, nutrients-poor, junk food is plentiful with serious detrimental effects of human health. Consequently, improvements in agriculture practice and food production are necessary.

Soil impoverishment and food processing led to a significant reduction in nutrients content in many foods, and as a result, suboptimal levels and deficiency in multiple nutrients is common. This impacts negatively on health, wellbeing and performance.
